Rotom Forms

As of Pokémon Platinum, Rotom can change forms. This can be done by obtaining the Secret Key and use it to open a new room in Eterna City's Galactic Hideout.

The room contains five appliances: a fan, a fridge, a lawn mower, an oven, and a washing machine. Rotom can take control of these items à la poltergeist, and learn a new move.
